How weneed.email treats your data

• Credentials are stored only as verifiers; secrets are never kept or shown again.
• Operator access to the service is private, requires two-factor authentication and is audited.
• Backups are encrypted and stored off the main server.
• Messages to suppressed addresses are recorded but not sent.
